Chino Hills Sunrooms and Patios has been building sunrooms and patio enclosures for Chino Hills homeowners since 2016. This area was built mostly in the 1980s and 1990s, and a lot of those homes are now ready for something better than a bare patio or an underused backyard.
Chino Hills is hilly country. Many properties here sit on sloped or tiered lots, and the Inland Empire sun hits hard from late June through September. We started this business because we saw how many homeowners wanted more usable outdoor space but ended up with additions that cooked in the summer heat or looked bolted on. We decided to do it differently.
