By accessing or using the website located at chinohillssunroomcontractor.com, or by requesting services from Chino Hills Sunrooms and Patios, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Your continued use of our website or services after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Chino Hills Sunrooms and Patios provides sunroom additions, patio enclosures, screen room installations, and related outdoor living construction services for residential properties in Chino Hills, CA and surrounding areas. The specific scope of services for any given project is defined in a written contract between Chino Hills Sunrooms and Patios and the client.
Nothing on our website constitutes a binding offer or commitment to perform any specific service. All services are subject to a written agreement, which includes the scope of work, project timeline, and payment terms.
Estimates provided by Chino Hills Sunrooms and Patios - whether verbal, written, or via our website - are not binding until a formal written contract is signed by both parties. Estimates are based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may change if site conditions, material costs, or project scope differ materially from what was assessed during the estimate process.
Any change in scope, materials, or conditions that affects cost will be communicated to the client before additional work is performed. We do not proceed with work that is outside the agreed scope without written authorization from the client.
Project start dates and timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to weather, permit processing delays, material availability, or other factors outside our control. We will notify clients as soon as reasonably possible if a scheduled date must be changed.
Cancellation terms, including any deposits required and refund conditions, are specified in the written contract for each project. Cancellation of a project after work has begun may result in charges for labor and materials already expended.
Payment schedules and accepted payment methods are specified in each project contract. A deposit may be required prior to the commencement of work. Progress payments may be required at defined project milestones. Final payment is due upon project completion and client sign-off.
Invoices not paid within the time period specified in the contract may be subject to a late fee as described in that contract. We reserve the right to suspend work on a project if payment obligations are not met in accordance with the agreed terms.
Chino Hills Sunrooms and Patios will obtain required building permits for projects as agreed in the written contract. The client is responsible for obtaining any required approvals from homeowners associations (HOAs) or other governing bodies that are separate from city or county building permits, unless the contract expressly states otherwise.
Work will not commence until all required permits are in place. Delays caused by permit processing, HOA reviews, or required engineering reports are outside the control of Chino Hills Sunrooms and Patios and do not constitute a breach of contract.
Any warranty on workmanship or materials provided by Chino Hills Sunrooms and Patios will be stated in the written project contract. Except as expressly stated in that contract, all services and materials are provided without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, modification by others, normal wear and tear, acts of nature, or failure to perform routine maintenance. Manufacturer warranties on materials such as glass panels, frames, or roofing products are governed by the respective manufacturer and are passed through to the client where applicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chino Hills Sunrooms and Patios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to any client for any claim arising out of a project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific project.
